3DMS was created as a game engine - but not in a way one might think. The third dimension invites the visitor to deal with an "ancient" type of gaming, some might remember it. the board-gaming. So our work was an ironic play with the features of up-to-day game engines and the stuff we all used back in the days and which are often only mindlessly digitalized by the game industry 3DMS was produced on behalf of "game art" exibition in völklingen/saarbrücken/ germany participating artists: peggy ahwesh, chiho aoshima, natalie bookchin, olaf breuning, davix, christoph draeger, etoy.corporation, sylvie fleury, lonnie flickinger, fuchs-eckermann, //////////fur//// art entertainment interfaces, jon haddock, carina hübner/meike schmidt, pierre huyghe/philippe parreno, kristin lucas, margarete jahrmann/max moswitzer, björn melhus, yves netzhammer, nam june paik/paul garrin, fabrizio plessi, kathleen ruíz, sofa23, bill viola
